Upset customer

A customer popped in yesterday and wanted a cheap frame for his photo. So, I happened to have a ready-made frame and slapped his photo and said it would be £25.
He got really upset and shouted something about how I should have used a window mount to stop his photo touching the glass. Really, some people are never satisfied. Fortunately, I had a camera handy and got in a quick shot. I told him that if he didn't stop shouting I'd frame that photo and put it in the window.
