Experienced Framer New to London

Hi, I have been working as a picture framer and in galleries for about fifteen years in the USA. I have won numerous awards for my framing and built up a very good clientele. I am highly skilled in all aspects of framing as well as some aspects of conservation, cleaning and restoration of antique paintings.
I have recently moved to London to live with my partner, and I am allowed to work here. I am looking for work but am not sure what the going pay rate is for framers in London, or where to go. Aside from just taking my CV in to galleries, does anyone have any suggestions for me?
