Hi John,
My customer list is growing nicely and occassionally I get existing customers coming back with more stuff to frame ?? Unfortunately their surnames always seem to begin with a W i.e. at the end of the list,
what I then have to do is keep "right clicking" until I get to their surname when entering order details, I was just wondering if their was a shortcut to jump to customers beginning with W for example ?

In the details screen type the name you seek in the Find Box. Often the first few letters are all that are needed.

When you have more than one customer with the same name, go to the first name using the Find box, then use the Prev and Next buttons to locate the particular name you are looking for.
