Mount needed.....help!

Are there any framers in the Essex area with a CMC who could possibly assist me please? I have posted previously re a pennant I am framing....I would like a double mount cut to the shape of the pennant....it isn't shield shaped, it has a curved bottom (
) and if anyone can help, I will send a pik and bring the pennant to you.

Just like to say many many thanks to John Noy of Eastern Frames who kindly assisted me in my quest for a mount to suit a football pennant. I spent an enjoyable couple of hours with John and his Wife at their workshop, and as a result, have a spot on triple mount cut to perfection. I am extremely grateful
and will now put the pennies away for a CMC........ Thank you John!
