....this went for £401 in the end - I got mine for £725 off ebay so prices do vary.

It's advertised as an Ultimat Gold but looking at the photo it looks like a plain old purple Ultimat like the one I have, I'm surprised it went for that. If I thought I was getting an Ultimat Gold I'd be dissapointed

It wasn't a 'gold' - it does not have the adjustment dials. Also described as having 'ball and thrust' bearings - they're nylon; and they are nylon on the gold and on the excalibur.

I actually asked the guy if it was a Gold because of the purple trim, guess what...no reply
