FRAMING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY - DERBY

I am looking for the right person to work with on an established lucrative Framing related project in Derby.
This is a significant (full-time) opportunity with a good financial return from day one.
It could suit:
1) An ambitious local Framing Company wishing to expand without capital investment.
2) An experienced Framer who would like their own (significant) business, but is lacking capital. (Would need to re-locate to Derby)
3) Someone with business/life/people skills wishing to get into the framing business with support and training
I do not have the time to exploit this opportunity on a full-time basis, but could/would be involved in an advisory/support capacity on a part-time basis for up to three years.
No investment (other than time/effort) would be required, although some investment would secure a better/faster return.
