Bosch Battery Glue Guns
Has anyone got any experience in using the Boschr 7.2 PLO glue gun. If so could they kindly report back if they found it useful in the workshop. In particular, how quick does it warm up and if it creates the usual spiders web.

Re: Bosch Battery Glue Guns
We recently upgraded to the Tecbond glue gun (takes 11mm glue sticks) from the rapid glue gun with sticks of the same size. The rapid one was awful and very soon jammed. The Tecbond machine takes about 3 minutes to warm up and then controls at temperature via a thermostat. A very good tool and easily caters for volume work. yes it still has the spiders web, but that is the glue rather than the gun.
Tecbond also do a 40% off offer if you trade in your old (non tecbond) machine, which makes it quite cheap
