Underpinner Wanted

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a used underpinner for my low volume framing workshop. I don't mind if its foot pedal or pneumatic, but must work and be a reliable make. As I'm in Northern Ireland, something local would be ideal or at least one which you're prepared to ship at a reasonable cost. Many thanks in advance. John
