Merlin and cnc apertures

Post by jmcq »

John McQ here. Many thanks to Merlin for his help. I was down in Cornwall last week and took two Masters of golf cards with me as I knew merlin was based in Helston. Anyway I got talking to merlin about 120 cutouts of 120mm by 60. After some discussion it was decided to use four boards with 30 cut outs on each. These were cut in no time at all and I was really pleased with the result. For this type of work a CNC machine is a must. I could never have done the apertures with my Ultimat.

Many thanks again Merlin.
