The Scream

I have just seen that a version of Edvard Munch's The Scream Has come on the market Guide price £50m.

This pastel appears to be in its original frame with hand engrave poem on the frame. However at first glance it appears to be just stuck in the frame. I presume there is some conservation magic being conjured in the rebate to protect it from the frame and glass, and obviously museum quality anti UV only touched by fairies glass to protect it or is it frame how it originally was. This intrigues me as the frame and plaque add to the intrinsic value of the piece and would interfering with the frame package affect its value?
Any thoughts anyone?
