Map of Ireland.

Post by guzzijim »

Why is it that you can't find a recent post when you want?

Within the last few days someone posted a map of Ireland made-up of Counties,Town and Village names, I am hoping there is a Scottish version, anyone help?

To digress, if there is not a Scottish map on the same lines I thought it might be a project.

It would take an awful lot of layers in Photoshop, but would give full flexibility to increase/decrease letter sizes, rotate etc.

John Lewis are selling these maps framed at £150. http://www.johnlewis.com/223871/Product.aspx

It is a fairly ordinary black frame something like Arqadia 225 167 000 and you would need 3.2m at £2.30 +VAT

i.e. £7.36 worth of moulding, + glass and no mount. Not a bad return even if you throw in the dry mounting.

I did one of London for a customer a while back with a nice colour co-ordinated mount. Wish I had seen the J Lewis price before I quoted him!
