I have already framed a particularly large (1m , 600mm?) artwork printed on thick paper. The customer has been in touch saying it is wrinkled in the middle.
What are my options without a press.
Could I stick it to arqadia sticky board using a hand roller?
Someone mentioned a hedgehog method previously, is there a link to a post about this (the posts I've seen mention the hedgehog method or say to search for it - which brings up these posts)?

Hard to tell without seeing how you mounted it. But I would say DONT put it on sticky board and hand-roller it.

Take it out of the frame and see if it settles flat. Chances are it won't. The next step is to put it between to sheets of board with a few books or such on top and leave it for a few days (weeks). It that doesn't flatten it, a quick squeeze in a vac press might do the trick, but this is the last resort.

It is hinged to the undermount with a generous overlap of window mount.
