Cold where you are? or in shorts!
I am at home today as we close Mondays. We had a couple of inches of snow overnight and as I sit here looking out the window waiting for more to fall the postman is walking down the street IN SHORTS!!!

Couple of years ago I was driving along in the chilly December and did espy a big fat bloke walking along the road in a pair of very short shorts. Not only that, he was completely topless. Didn't register straight away in a nice warm car, but it was freezing outside with a stiff icy breeze.
He had a great tan.

Check out the third photo! The guy in the pink underpants with the skate board looks like he is a bit exited Then take a look at the two people seated.
