Morso Cutting Head

Hi,
I'm having difficulties with the cutting head on my Morso.
The problem is that the knives aren't quite forward enough to go beyond the fences, to provide the final smooth cut through the rear of the moulding.
I have been underneath, loosened the nut, and had a play with the bush, the cutting head does move a few mm either way, but not far enough. When I turn the bush too far to bring it forwards, the head just pops back, as if it cant go any further.
Any advice?

If the bush adjustment doesn't have enough movement then your front handle needs its bolts slackening and the handle repositioning (towards the operator) then retightening, your bush setting will then need redoing.

Thanks Mark - i'll try my hand at it tomorrow.
I think I left a post on one of your comments last week, to do with rebate supports you have... Do you have any second hand ones left? I'm also after a waste chute, preferably second hand also...
Cheers again.

We had a similar problem a while back, there turned out to be a crack in the casing of the morso.
