Typical!

A lady put her head round the door this morning. "Do you frame photos?". "Sure do", says I. She then went on to describe the 'photo' which turned into a parchment thing and then to a canvas print. Possibly...... About 28x10. She wanted a pine frame with glass. Or plastic if it's cheaper. (It isn't so think on.....). I asked if she just wanted a frame or wanted the thing framing. This after a lengthy explanation on how you just can't put a piece of paper/parchment/canvas into a frame. Not if you want it to last a while and look presentable. She plumped for the frame only option. Well that's simple enough. I was feeling generous (And I had some offcuts) so I said £30. Not exactly naked profiteering IMHO. :P
"Oh I don't want to spend that much".

:Slap:

A few more like that and I might break even.

Nearly as good as the one I had earlier this week, who rung me up to see if I could point her in the direction of someone who sold clip frames!

A friend is a freelance graphic designer.

A lady rang him up to say she wanted a logo designing.......... how does she do it?

We are not alone. She wasn't even from a charity.
