ok, I think I need a saw - a nice 2nd hand Cassese 969 seems to be what I need. I'd be interested to hear if anyone has one for sale

I did look at the 939 but my problem is that the saw needs to come through a standard door frame! From what I've found is that the 939 won't fit Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm under the impression that the front panel on the 969 comes off - leaving it 'slim' enough to pass through the gap. Thanks for the offer anyway btw

I don’t know about the standard 939 (or the 969) but the 939ma (mine) definitely does not fit through a doorway, this is the reason I’m selling mine. I bought it, got it back to my workshop and couldn’t fit it in! So it sits unloved and unused in a storage area.
