Hi Dermot, yes it is happening every time, blades have been sharpened about 7 times.
It happens with my both sets of blades which leads me to discount the blades.

Hi you are correct glass is very expensive in Germany, I found a local firm and rather than buy sheets I get it cut to size, I negotiated a discount. Clearly buying it cut to size there is no wasteage.

Thanks Dermot and Ian, the blades are sharpened regularly, just got a set back from Lion, I tried the adjustment but the blades are almost touching the horizontal plate. Someone said I should reduce the amount of pedal travel or place the machine on blocks. Do you think this will have any affect?
