Charnwood M3 Underpinner help

Post by dan_kitty »

Hi Guys,
I'm hoping someone can help me

So ive just had delivery of an M3 underpinner (framers corner), set it all up fine but it doesn't seem to be driving the wedge all the way home leaving about 1mm sticking out.. ive set the pressure clamp correctly and the green light comes on when pinning...

so was wondering if it may be my wedges, I'm using universal 10.3mm lions/imnes ones (although the manual does say to use only framers corner ones)..

Any help from someone with experience of this machine would be great

Cheers

Hi Dan

Sorry to hear you are having a slight issue with your M3 underpinner. If everything is set correctly, there is simple adjustment you can make for the wedge height which will insert it further into the moulding.
If you want to PM me your contact number I can get a technician to give you a call to talk you through it.
