New To The Field
Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself. Graphic Designer/Art Director and looking to start mounting/matting and framing art. Possibly turn it into a business down the road... I know the basics, but are there any helpful books to get in the game? I've seen a lot on Amazon, but not sure which would be a go to book to have on hand. Thanks in advance, Steve.

Welcome aboard the boards, buddy
Pete Bingham's brilliant book is a great place to start. Available for peanuts on ebay/Amazon, IMO it's the best bargain in framing (even at full price).
See you around the boards & all the best!

Hi Enggass, Yes, that's the one.
It's a good few years old now, but most of it still applies.
Also, the historical posts forum are an absolute gold mine of info, tips and advice.
