As a sucker for anything that looks well engineered, I recently bought the thingy in the attached pictures (the ad photos weren't all that), thinking it was some sort of milling table or similar. Now I've got it, it appears to be some sort of framing jig - but made like it's for framing tanks, mostly out of stainless steel. Any idea if it's complete, what to call it, and if it's worth anything?

Re: What's this?
It's a combined framing vice and it also inserts wedges into corner joints as well.

Roughly what I thought - thanks. I'll give it a go in the "for sale" forum section after the holidays.

I seem to remember these were called 'Kimberley'
They are very well engineered, and well worth buying - worth advertising it on here

Re: What's this?
Well, it certainly looks like I came to the right place! Thanks everyone - I thought it looked expensive, I used to run a toolroom, and can see that there's a couple of days work there for a decent engineer, even if we had the drawings and materials to hand. Will be for sale as soon as.
