As a FYI - I received the below information via email from Wizard Europe

The new owner can open an account with us after they have purchased the CMC from you.
This is free for ordering blades and other sundries like blade cartridges,
all the new owner needs to do is contact us and fill out the new customer form.

The second option is to open a service account,
which has one time fee of € 795.00
The service account gives access to the service department, remote/virtual installation & training,
and is required to purchase replacement parts.

I had bought this machine from Framers Corer in the UK.
When the agency migrated to Wizad Europe I opened a Service Account.
