What pen can you use to sign a Giclee canvas on the print itself? which one can be used to sign on back of canvas?

I would tend not to advocate signing the image surface. You just can't predict the long term effects. Same with signing any umprimed area on the back. If there is plenty of overlap, sign any uncoated but primed area on the edge with acrylic paint. The sig doesn't really have to be visible, just as long as it is there. Some artists will sign on the stretcher bars, or make a little signed certificate stapled to the bars. But there is always the possibility that the stretchers or any attached certs may become seperated from the print at some future date.
