Hi Tim,
I am a freelance framer based in North London with my own workshop. I'd be happy to take on work from you. I already frame for a top of the range photographers in Gt Portland St. Let me know if you want to discuss further. OK.

Your face looks familiar, you're not from Belfast by any chance?

Don't want to highjack this thread, but have a look here for a solution to your email problem.

Thanks Northern Tracey. Can I have your location please - send via email to me at tim@tpsphoto.co.uk if you don't want it to appear on a public forum. For the rest of you I followed Aine's suggestion and used "Thou Art" in West Hampsetad. Reasonable price, 6 day turn around (they quoted 10-12) and apart from the usual problem in London - nowhere to park - I was very pleased with the outcome. Had to do a large panoramic image of a family of 30 people a week later (80th birthday present for the gandmother). I had a very short deadline again - people seem to have lost the ability to plan properly (can you do a wedding this weekend? - 5 day's notice) - I digress as always - Flash Photo Digital in Harrow Road did the print and dry mounted it the same day - twice the price of "Though Art" but at such a fast turn around I thought it was worth every penny. Thanks again to you all. This has been most useful.

Hi Tim,
No qualms about posting my location on here:
I'm in High Barnet, Unit 11F, Alston Works, Alston Road, EN5 4EL.
I can do quick turnaround too as my hours are flexible. Let me know if you want to 'have a chat' about it.
I sent you my number in a PM.

(Oh John, thanx for that, have loaded it on my dongle and will try it tommorow.)

I used to live near there. Lived in Meadway and went to school in Queen's Road. Guess it's changed aa lot since then.

Hmm dunno depends when you lived here. I know Meadway, I race down it on my scooter often LOL.
Not much has changed except the shops and parking restrictions :head:

I lived there till 1965 so that's quite a while ago. The dance studio in the High Street and the billiards room over Burton's the tailors have probably long gone.

Racing down Meadway used to be great fun - no such thing a speed cameras in those days. I lived right at the bootom on the bend (number 38) and I do remember a few times when cars couldn't manage the bend. Fortunately they ended up around number 34.

Hahaha yeh all those things are gone!! Funnily enough NO speed camera's on the Meadway as of yet!
There's a pool room OK but above the now closed down Pound Shop (which may have been Burton's I don't know).
It's still a nice place to live.
