Yeah - Taurus are a pain to get a response from - you need to stand on your head and ask them if they are closing down. That got me a short reply. I suspect they are really just a manufacturer trying to support their agents. They don't appear to like 'user' enquiries much - if at all. Maybe they are busy. Still - they do make a good machine for volume framers. :-)
