topic gives a good idea, but my board size is 1425 x 625 and need an aperture cutting in it. its too large to do on fletcher 2200 and I'm not sure I'd be able to do it to a good enough quality by hand. If anyone can do it or point me in the right direction that would be great.

Mal Reynolds at Harlequin Frames has a new Valiani and I think it is the jumbo sized one. I am sure if you rang him he would be happy to help. He is just outside Lincoln.
