I need a small hand operated underpinner and the Kimberley seems the only option, after reading a lot of reviews and comments on other makes, I am convinced that other makes cannot stand up to oak and other very hard woods. If any of you have one, unused and tucked away in a cupboard the I would like to buy it. There is no room in my workshop for a foot operated model as it is an old damp brick lined cave at the rear of my house. Due to its size all equipment has to be stored and only pulled out for use. The good news is that the beer stays cold and the verdigris is free.
I also have a Keencut Artist Plus 48", if anyone with a 30" Keencut wants to swap.............................
