Polypropylene Paper

Post by baughen »

Does anyone know who sells Polypropylene Paper in sheets rather than rolls? I'm just starting to try putting photos onto clear acrylic blocks. The first attempt, on glossy photo paper, showed some silvery effect on the photo. One video on YouTube from http://www.canvasandstretcherbars.co.uk recommended using polypropylene paper to overcome this. All my searches so far for suppliers seem to only sell rolls. At this stage I'm not in a position to determine how much I would use but it is not likely to extend to a roll. Plus my printer any handles up to A3.
Thanks
Cliff

The reference would appear to relate to photographic papers rather than inkjet, checkout FF entries for ciba, ilfochrome from the past or fujiflex ( currently available) in the search area. Anything for your digital printer would be termed "film" for optimum smoothness, but most smooth glossy papers should work.
