Can anyone identify the manufacturer of this underpinner?
I have been all over it and cannot find a makers badge.

Its a Euro, sadly a manufacturer long gone. You will find many posts on the forum and can identify the model hopefully from this ancient US entry:

That sounds like you are still trying to figure out how it works. Operating manuals for Euros are almost impossible to locate, as are spares! All of the pneumatic models are very similar and only need a small air supply of 10 - 20 litres. Repost as " help needed for Euro 9000 series underpinner " with pictures of any operation parts/ connections you are unsure of. There are several Euro users on the Forum who will be able to help you. They are very well made machines, and only require minor maintenance. I have a manual version of the Euro, my equally obsolete pneumatic underpinner is a Framers Corner machine, all I had to do was replace the airline filter/regulator and change the some line couplings to get it working again. I note from your pictures the arlines are colour coded!

The machine was made for Eurolijsten Belgium, by Microcom in France back in the 1980's

Checking Eurolijsten's website seems that today all they sell is the Cassesse

Maybe worth an email to them enquiring about spares.

Many thanks for your repsonses.

My Euro seems to work well although a gripe would be that the two sides of the mitre sometimes are at very slightly different levels
for which I can see no explanation.
This can be no problem for plain mouldings but is a real annoyance for more decorative ones.

One reason for that is the rebate clamp has only one spring and it is not central, therefore more force is exerted on one side than the other. A bit of faffing around sorts it but it also helps to raise/build up the support arm on the low side.
