Hello,

I've had a few enquiries over the years about linen backing vintage poster. Does anyone know anyone who offers a linen backing service?

Or where I would look into information about courses to learn linen backing? I've had a quick google but nothing comes up. I was wondering if it comes under the more general umbrella of paper conservation, or if it is a specific skill?

It is a sub-specialty of paper conservation. There are several American firms that perform the service and have YouTube videos regarding the procedure.
