larson juhl samples warning

Just a warning as have just received all my Larson invoices and they are now charging carriage for their samples !! at £6 + vat a pop, wish I had known about this change of policy as that's the most expensive piece of moulding I've bought at nearly £80 a metre - no wonder I haven't seen the rep this year, boy are his ears going to get it !!!

Yes , I had to print off a load of invoices ,( so prefer that my suppliers do the work and post them!)

Also noticed slapped on delivery charges, thought that chop orders were processed in with length orders
yep no surprise at not seeing a rep this year as yet, will be surprised if he has any ears left !

I've just noticed that I have a pending delivery of two small samples with an invoice for £7.20 carriage. Hoping it's just another thing they are getting wrong but have emailed to ask, and told them to cancel it if they are charging!

I have had a reply from LJ - their system is not registering that samples are FOC carriage and they have removed the charge for me. If you've been charged you'd better contact them for a refund!
