large quantities of frames needed to be made for best price

Hello,
I am based in Dorset near Gillingam and sell prints at shows and up to now have been making my own frames to a high spec(for 15 or so years.) I use four different mouldings , three are different colours but identical shape about 3/4 inch(this can be chopped in one go and produce excellent corners) and one is a reverse moulding about 1 inch wide made of pine. The measurements I use are 10"x 8" and 12" x 10" internal and I glue the corners with a dab for extra strength. I am loathe to have to have them made by someone else but the constant chopping is starting to get to my joints!
I am looking basically for someone to reliably make for the best possible price frames for me on a regular basis. This would be fairly large orders a few times a year. I have already asked for quotes but they have been unrealistic compared to the amount I sell the prints for. I would ideally buy the moulding and have it delivered and therefore only pay for the labour side of things. I can normally make about 150 frames a day without busting a gut.

Basically I need quality made frames for the best possible price taking into consideration that I have to make a profit! Please don't feel put out if I feel your quote is too high I have to be realistic.

Do you require backing board / glass etc?

That depends. I normally put the glass and board in myself as well, 2mm glass and 2mm mdf using one neatly positioned flexipoint on each side. I suppose I would do that to bring the price down if necessary.
