Re: A blatant plug for votes
ok i'm in - like the images (your nikons do a good job) presume the d200 shots were on tripod - great shots and good luck. Wow, I'm surprised I didn't enter any shots from my D700... Yes, as the EXIF info shows, the three D200 shots were half a second, 10 seconds, and 28 seconds. So my Carbon Fibre...

I assume Jyden should also be slightly concave as well then, being they are similar to the Morso, is that correct?

Re: Annoying Phonecall ...
Australia has a free Do Not Call register - https://www.donotcall.gov.au/ I found this one in the UK - http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/index.html It says The free opt out service enabling you to record your preference on the official register and not receive unsolicited sales or marketing calls. Yes. Check the gallery on my website (link in Sig) if you want more. I do my own framing, that's what brought me to this forum.JohnMcafee wrote:Is that also your photograph?

Re: Hard wood frames
I use a strap clamp, but I do my timber frames a bit different. Rather than make the frames from mouldings, I make the mouldings from hardwood using timber - measure, rip, plane, thru the thicknesser, over the saw to rip out the rebate, router to put a nice inner lip, then cut 45's on a really good ...

Re: Annoying Phonecall ...
Yes, heard of similar things in Australia. My mother in law received a phone call, someone identified a problem with their computer and wanted to help them fix it. It's a scam. They'll get into your computer and download anything useful they can find re saved passwords, bank details, whatever they c...

Re: Morso blade width ?
Useful info indeed. I found an interesting link in a topic elsewhere, quite relevant here and quite relevant to me with my newly acquired Jyden.

Wanted - Rebate Support for Guillotine
Hi there. First post... I have just gone and bought a 2nd hand guillotine, but it is missing the right rebate support. It seems there are a number that fit - I found this article http://www.cassese.com/manuels/55pdf/adaptmorso/angadapt.pdf It suggests that perhaps the Jyden uses the same as the Hans...
